Case Restoration

Langport clocks offer all elements of case restoration and cabinet-work. A clock can be assessed with the customer and a restoration pathway agreed. This is tailored to the customers’ requirements and taste.

With a wealth of cabinet making experience clocks that have been seriously damaged or neglected can be restored back to their original glory. Large sections of missing wood work, fretwork or veneer can be replaced to match existing panels or sections.

With an eye on up-cycling and sustainability, it is always possible to re design and breath new life into old fashioned and undesirable clocks, therefore making them more symbiotic with the modern home and lifestyle.

For minor or more localised woodwork, a more sympathetically approach can be used to ensure an original finish or patina is retained.
